Looking back at the 3 years since the Unconference what has actually changed (If anything)?

I think digital technologies have moved on and offer real opportunities for globally connected learning (as was to be expected and we predicted). However I don't think the same can be said of the culture and the mindsets of those responsible for education systems, there is not much evidence ready to engage with these opportunities, (see #glow2 debate), assessment still rooted in historical practice.

But I do think it is inevitable there will be change and those winds are blowing. From above and below...
